Terrey Hills

Calderflower Architecture have designed this new care campus incorporating a care home and independent living units in Terrey Hills. The proposal maintains generous setbacks, making the most of existing mature tree screening to provide privacy and maintain the rural character of the area. Arranged primarily as two storey plus basement buildings, the architectural character references the rural ‘barn’ forms of the utilitarian buildings in this locality. The building forms are articulated to provide a range of outdoor spaces for residents and visitors.
